First off is iPhone 11. The dimensions of iPhone 11 are exactly the same as iPhone XR with all the buttons in the same locations. However, iPhone 11 now comes with a dual lens camera so the camera bump is now a bit larger. So if you're going to get an iPhone 11, you have to buy a leather iPhone 11 case that has a larger camera cutout.
Next up is the larger iPhone 11 Pro Max. The dimensions of this iPhone 11 Pro Max are the same as the iPhone Xs Max. However, Apple has put in a 3-lens camera into the iPhone 11 Pro Max so the camera bump is also larger. Given the difference in the camera layout, you cannot reuse your leather iPhone Xs Max case to fit onto iPhone 11 Pro Max. You will have to buy a new leather iPhone 11 Pro Max case.
Last but not least, Apple has introduce the iPhone 11 Pro. It is the smallest of the 3 phones but also come with a 3-lens camera setup. So if you're getting the iPhone 11 Pro, you simply can't reuse the case from your iPhone Xs and have to buy a new leather iPhone 11 pro case.
