We offer a prompt exchange or refund within the following guidelines:

 

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We offer a full 30 day (from date of order shipment) return and exchange policy for non-personalized products. Please initiate your return or exchange of merchandise at our Returns Center

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed for simple refund and exchange requests. Returns and exchanges are only valid on product that remains in new and unused condition upon the return request. 

 

PERSONALIZED & SALE ITEMS

Personalized and sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If you are not happy with your personalized phone case due to product defects, we will offer you a new personalized phone case at no extra charge.

 

PROCESS

1. Click to access our Returns Center

2. Fill in order information and obtain RMA# from Returns Center

3. Send us the product and packaging with the RMA#. 

Please allow 7 - 10 days from receipt for your return to be processed & allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

 

PLEASE NOTE

Upon inspection, if the return item is deemed as having been worn or scratched from trial use, a refund may not be approved. All original packaging and accessories need to be returned along with the item(s) being returned or a 20% restock fee deduction from the refund may also be accessed.

Kulör Cases reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
