PROCESSING TIME

All orders for personalized and non-personalized items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Apple Pay through Stripe and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, C.O.Ds or traveler's checks.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and we charge only in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

SALES TAX

We do not charge any sales taxes.

IMPORT TAXES or CUSTOMS FEES

We ship from our workshop in Hong Kong and our fulfillment center in Fremont, CA (for US orders). Shipping costs do not include any possible import taxes or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred. But most countries have a tax/duty exception (de minimis benefits) for low value Internet orders.

For example, the de minimis value for Australia is AUD1000, Malaysia is RM 500, Singapore is S$400, and South Korea is USD100. Click here for the tax/duty de minimis for your country.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

To cancel or change your order, contact us immediately by using the Contact Us form. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed with us. You will also receive a shipment notification email with shipment tracking once your order has been shipped. If for some reason you did not get any confirmation email from us, please check your spam folder and add support@kulorcases.com to your safe senders' list. It might take up to 3 hours for our system to update the initial shipment tracking information.

PRODUCT VARIATION

We try to show the most accurate color of our products as much as possible. However, different computer monitors and image settings may result in color variations between the actual product and your monitor. Please also be advised that our leather cases are made from natural cowhides and there will be variations in leather grain or texture.
