The iPhone Xr has totally different dimensions and layout from any other past iPhone models. Measuring 5.94 x 2.98 x 0.30 inches with a 6.-1 inch screen, it also has different dimensions than the new iPhone Xs line.

So if you're getting an iPhone Xr, make sure you get a new phone case for it as the old iPhone cases will not fit on the iPhone Xr.
