Your leather iPhone case is too tight?

Sometimes we receive enquiries from our customers regarding the fit of the leather iPhone case. To be specific, some of them find the case to be too tight. There is actually an easy fix - keep using it.
Most of the time, new leather is mounted on the polycarbonate shell with quite a bit of tension in order to make sure the leather is laid flat on the shell without bumps. This leather tension might lead to tightness in some corners of the new case, thus making it rather tight.
The new leather case just needs some time to "break in", just like new leather shoes or leather gloves. Usually, it takes 1-2 weeks of continuous use for the leather to be stretched out so that the case could fit better around the phone's contour.
Here is a discussion on very tight official leather cases from Apple. So what we shared here also applies to the official leather cases too.
